Groupon - The Worst After Sales Service

I ordered a Milex action Camera over the internet while I was working in West Africa earlier this year. When I returned in the beginning of November I was anxious to test the unit only to find it being DOA - it did not switch on and the battery does not charge. I phoned Groupon and they said they would get back to me. Long story short - three weeks, seven emails and four phone calls later I still have had no joy. I did receive one email in which they ask me if the problem was resolved - how is that for not knowing what goes on in your own Company! I must say I am seriously disappointed and I would not recommend Groupon to anyone.
