I bought a voucher from group on, on 30.10.2013 and I requested a refund on the 1.11.203 due to the fact that the was no suitabler accomodation for me. Till today i have not recieved any form of communicationm telling me when i will get my refund.
I followed up with them today and i was told that my refund need to be resubmited.
I find it totally unacceptable.
