Faulty product and shocking service

I received the candy floss machine ordered on Friday, 23 August 2013, the same day I logged my complaint with Groupon, who to date still not resolved my issue.
Firstly I wasn't impressed on the size of the machine or the quality. It looks like cheap plastic about to break.
Nevertheless, upon trying out the machine (per the instructions contained inside) we eventually managed to make 1-2 tiny bit size candy floss' and the machine turns off. You then have to wait about 10 minutes before you can attempt to make another tiny candy floss (bite size).
They just ignore my emails despite my many attempts to contact them!
