Charged R97.80 to floss more often

After going to the dentist yesterday, I checked my account. My "Oral Examination" cost R168.60. Pricey but acceptable. However, at the end of my bill there is a "Oral Hygiene instruction" which cost R97.90!

Basically, the dentist told me to floss more and make a loop around my teeth. The explanation lasted less than a minute. He did not tell me that this information (which is freely available on the dental floss packaging and the internet) would cost me nearly a R100.

I will not use Medicross ever again.
