Groupon SA impossible to deal with

About 2 weeks ago i requested a refund and so far i have been told by three
different people that i have to wait either 3 -5 day and now suddenly 5-7
days for the refund to reflect in my account . this is absolutely
ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Every three days I have to deal
with someone new who has no idea what is going on.
I have been told 3 times now that the amount will reflect in my account and
still, 2 weeks later there has been nothing.
I would appreciate dealing with someone who can actually help me.
