OVER ALL BAD SERVICE/NO SERVICE

Yet again a TOTAL Disppointment from GROUPON. After placing an order with Groupon mid December, they have given me excuse on excuse on excuse... everytime you as their loyal customer have to phone them to find out about your order. They will not once phone you back. They make promises and do not keep to it. Now they batch of MP4 Players they received was faulty. GET BETTER SUPPLIERS WHO DO NOT UP!! When asked if they have to refund me, they are not willing to pay me back the interest I paid on the credit card payment I made to them after they insist on payment before they place the order. I am waiting for a call back from Maurisia, lets see if that happens. Never in my life have I been given such bad service. And we in SA are used to very BAD SERVICE. They must just close down Groupon so we can get back to shopping in a Mall where you actually see the you buy. I will take a few second EVERY monday to badmouth Groupon so that everyone will see how useless GROUPON is!!! I dare you to phone me back...
