In June I ordered and paid a 7-in-one callous remover. After not receiving it within a month I contacted them. They said there was a problem with shipment. When I phoned again, same thing. Inbetween I have sent MANY emails with no response. On the 12th of September I got an email from Dube Love to say that the 7-in-one callous remover is out of stock, but they will replace the item with a 5-in-one callous remover plus an additional 18 piece handheld pedi-mate. I returned the mail stating that that is fine. Please note the time lapse already... So then I send emails and phone again inbetween to require when I will be received it. Then I get an answer it will be posted today. Well, today went over to a few days... After many minutes on the phone AGAIN, a lady promised its being sent that day to get to me the next day. It didn't. BUT it came two days later, i.e. on Thursday 17 October. I open the parcel and to my shock received two cheap products which isn't even the promised products. They sent me a Geneli Power Cleanser (still don't know what it is) and a 5-in-1 beauty care massager. I phoned emmediately complaining and Dube said he will come back to me same day, still waiting..
