Faulty equipment bought, Groupon ignores reports

I bought equipment from Groupon and realised that it was faulty in delivery. I attempted to contact Groupon to inform them, but I do not get any service/answers/assistance from them.

I will never buy anything from Groupon again, because they obviously do not care about the consumer act or the consumer.
