I purchased a voucher for accommodation using Groupon, due to lack of availabity, conflicting information and lack of service I requested to be reimbursed and therefore cancel the voucher.
A month later and STILL no assistance from Groupon. A few people I know have indicated that they not only offer vouchers for places that have no business which are often of poor quality. I will NEVER purchase anything through Groupon again!!
