No correspondence from refunds department

I used to love groupon... now I just think they are pathetic..

I bought a deal for myself and 2 friends to have our hair done at Andrea's unisex hair studio in Bellville. After a bunch of empty promises of them getting back to us and an unwillingness to accommodate their clients, I requested a refund on 23 July 2013.

it is now more than 6 weeks later and all reply I get is an automated response saying in will be seen to within 24 hours and a bunch of useless ticket numbers!!
