I bought 2 Wicount Vouchers in April and even after the expiry date still waiting for tracking no.'s.
I gave up waiting and emailed Dube for the 2 vouchers to be cancelled and requested a refund.
I phoned this morning to speak to the accounts and only by leaving a message for the accounts to phone me back is the only way we can get through. I don't believe this...
I am still waiting for a refund or a phone call.
