4 WEEKS HAS PASSED - MY GOODS STILL HAVE NOT ARRIV

12/12/2012 - got my coupon confirming I've purchased a 10-tier shoe rack. I was told I should allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Now I'm approaching the 5th week & still nothing has arrived. The dumbest part is that on the coupon they mention "can be bought a Christmas present". We are now way past New Year - can you imagine if I bought for someone as a Christmas present?
