On the 17th of April 2013 I bought a Groupon Voucher for myself and 5 girlfriends for a high tea in the waterfront. This was for my birthday.
I tried making a booking since the second I got the voucher... every time without luck.
I kept on leaving messages for the manager to phone me, also no phoning me back.
This morning again I tried calling, and the lady rudely said she is now fully booked until July and slam the phone down.
I bought this offer the first day, they cannot be fully booked at 10am in the morning that it opened. I am sorry.
So they will have to extend my validity of the voucher as I want what was offered.
This is only fair. I can only use it on a weekend as we are all working...
Please can someone get back to me regarding this, else I will take matters further with the consumer board. I had enough now.
