The door 31 at OOPD site is open. There is a steele bar with locks. I was sitting now for hours waiting on the Dr. My mother is the patient. She has dementia. She sitting in a hospital wheelchair, because she is not stable on her feet. It is now 12h38 and the hospital security/porter with another guy just push the door, almost bump my mother over not even say sorry. Must the door be open. Thank your
