I e-mailed a claim form to the Insurance Department on 27 January 2014. I have been waiting 9 (nine) days for some form of feedback, but nothing. In 2 seperate e-mails I have been given 2 very different Ref no's - claim ref: 7645163 or ref: 108652905. In the meantime I am without any phone, ...
