Stay Away from Cell C

This is now the third time I have had a complaint with Cell C in less than a month. My phone line was converted from contract to pre-paid last week (which in itself has been an unreasonable effort to get done). On Saturday, I tried to make a call (with over 90 minutes remaining of purchased airtime) and I got a message saying I had run out of airtime. After contacting the customer service (again!) it turns out some has placed a limit on my account (for godsake, it is prepaid?!). I was told that the agent could not assist, but that it would be resolved in 48 hours. This is now the end of day 5 and I still cannot make phone calls. How the can I have a prepaid line, with airtime and NOT make phone calls for 5 days. This is ludicrous. I was considering getting a new contract with Cell C once the S4 came out but this service is just shocking. I stand by my last comment that the entire support team should be fired.
