Hi,
I ported my number to Cell C on the 25 June 2012 for the iPhone 4s Straight UP 200 contract after many loyal years with opposition service provider.
I took my iPhone into Cell C Centurion on the 30/03/2013 due to my Wifi being greyed out. Vincent did a hard reset & asked me to update to latest software to remedy problem. Did the latest software update the same day but wifi stopped working in a hour & battery life deteriorated tremendously.
Contacted Vineshnee Centurion for a book in of the device. I mentioned to Vincent the urgency of the repair due to business obligations. I sent an email to Cell C Centurion regarding status of repair but no response. I am being inconvenienced as I require my iPhone urgently due to business obligations.
If my iPhone 4s cannot be sorted out, please advise urgently so that I can take the necessary steps to avoid being inconvenienced at business by Cell C.
PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY!!!
