I posted a complaint last week after Rochell Carolus told me that the credit they were supposed to load on my account was approved on 26 March, but it was never posted. The complaint can be viewed here: https:///vodacom/complaints/promised-complaint-resolution-not-implemented-1052003
After loading this complaint both Rochell and her manager told me that it was a system fault and they would get their IT department to look at it. 6 days after that promise, the credit has still not been loaded.
It seems that Vodacom is much more keen on processing debits than credits.
Since you are obviously not interested in providing a proper level of service to your clients, please do the following: One of my contracts expires in June. Get your cancellations department to cancel it, and send me confirmation.
AND THEN PROCESS THIS OVERDUE CREDIT!!!
I will load a complaint on HP every week until you give me my money back.
