Had a issue which vodacom upgrade which lead to incorrect billing due to the lack of informatiom i received from the consultant which clearly just wanted a sale! this has being going on for months where my number keeps getting blocked i call every 2 weeks to explain myself to employees who clear having NO idea what they are doing or how to assist a person i spoke to managers who couldnt help me! how the do i resolve this?
this is the second time im putting this up on hello peter with NO response from the first time! i requested to have this contract cancelled and No response from vodacom
this is horrible, useless pathetic service from a company like vodacom.
theres no words to explain the useless service i received from you!!
im extremly unhappy and this is not fair to me to keep going out of my way to have vodacom fix they stupid mess!!
