We have been trying to get an iPhone from Cell C for over two months now.
We first visited the Fourways store looking late in January but there was no stock of the iPhone 5. Since then we have visited the store a number of times to find out if stock had come in - around the end of February the store attendant suggested we add our name to the waiting list, submit all the required documents and they would contact us as soon as the phone came in. Last week Thursday we returned to the store to be told that there was still no stock but that were now near the top of the waiting list and there might be stock arriving this week. I have been back to the store twice this week and yesterday was told yesterday that they are not sure if stock will come in this week or next week as "Cell C never keeps its promises".
To make life more difficult, my wife's old phone was two weeks ago and we have been holding out assuming that stock would come in but we are fast running out of patience... is it not possible to provide some certainty on when the stock problem will be sorted out?
