Re your response on my complaint: I really do feel that you must take responsibility for the ill advice that was given to me by one of your employees. You cant just pull up your shoulders with a "sorry" and I must pay. As I am at the moment an unemployed person, I would NEVER EVER let my account reach that amount, as my mum and dad, ( pensioners) is helping me with my accounts. If you wish I can give you the name of the spesific employee. I want to inform you that if You dont write that amount off as your loss for bad advice given, I am goining to lock a complaint wit the Umbud, as well as with Beeld. I really do hope to get a good response From you.
