I recently complained about Cell C me of my airtime with out telling me when i upgraded my contract.(Ref no 1037619).
Cell C responded quickly informing me that Funiwe would contact me. Funiwe (supposed ' esculation consultant') called me a couple of days later to say she had to listen to the recorded conversations- Duh?? Surely she should have got her facts together before calling me?
Last week I got half an email from her stating she had taken so long to get back to me because she had been ill and that i had been notified during the call (of which i would like a recording or transcript) about being told about costs(???)- an email which she then recalled. I queried the recall and have received no reply a week later.
Cell C does not look after the customers and does not seem to do anything with regards to queries even after being 'hello petered', and I will not recommend them to anyone.
