I applied for a line to be added to my existing contract 06/03/2013 Call made @ 11H28. The lady I spoke too checked and told me that it was approved and even read to me the whole declaration/agreement when a new contract is approved and the client accepts the deal and told me when I receive the phone I need to call cell c to activate my prepaid number to conract and told me that delivery will be done within 7 days and aasked me where I would like delivery to take place. Today when I phone to enquire about the delivery after holding onfor 20 mins at a time 4 times i phone back and they told me that i will received an sms whether it has been approved. I'm very dissapointed cause how can they tell me delivery will be this week and when I phone they tell me it still needs to be approved by some other department.
