Vodacom needs to give serious attention to the Secunda area w.r.t coverage, network speed and availability.
Signal in and coverage in Secunda is extremely poor and From Thursdays till Sundays you basically have to wait in a que to make phonecalls or send SMS's. The network cannot handle the capacity in Secunda.
I have reported it before with Vodacom, but we always just get an SMS saying they are working on it.
Please let me know if nothing can be done then we can advocate to switch service providers in an attemt to be able to get the network coverage we pay for each month.
This is realy unacceptable for a service provider of this magnitude and with so much bussiness in the town of Secunda.
