Morning,
I ended my contract with Cell C in November 2012. I paid a "cancellations fee", and ported to Vodacom and started a contract with Vodacom on 14 November 2012.
I have spoken to so many people at cellC from November to end January and no one can sort my account out. - you all say you know and have fixed it but you can't.
My last reply and call was from cell C on 21 Jan 2013, sms ref: 3012100351.
Refer all attached as proof - incl. My email I sent below with all attachments on 22 January 2013. I still await a written reply to this email.
Items for you to rectify:
1.You debit ordered me again (28.2.2013) for R115 in error. This must be refunded to me. Even if I had stayed with cellc to complete my 24 month contract it ended 4 February 2013
2.You still are sms'ing me cell c adverts. Please stop this immediately as the sms's do not have an OPT out option which is against the law in terms of the new Consumer Protection Act.e.g last sms received came from number: 2784000153099999 at time:13.42 on 19 February 2013.
3.I want you to confirm that you will stop debit ordering my bank account
I want confirmation from you that you have "cancelled" my contract.
