My Car was broken into by the use of a remote blocker and my cell phone was. Vodacom insurance will not replace my phone as I can not prove that my car was broken into. Yet if I had said I lost my phone or it was from my bag, where there too there is no proof of a break in, then my phone would have been replaced! So for being honest I get nothing in return. Thank you so much for nothing Vodacom!
