ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE AND DAMAGED GOODS

THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR THE LEVEL OF FRUSTRATION I CURRENTLY FEEL, ALL BECAUSE OF CELLC. MY MUM, A PENSIONER, HAD UPGRADED HER CELLC CONTRACT IN EARLY JANUARY. CELLC DELIVERED TO HER A DAMAGED BLACKBERRY 9320. SHE CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND AN AGENT TOLD HER TO TAKE THE PHONE TO A CELLC STORE AND HAND IT IN IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A NEW PHONE. SHE TOOK IT TO CELLC SANDTON CITY. ONE MONTH LATER, DESPITE 100's of CALLS TO CELLC DIRECT AND TO CELLC AT SANDTON CITY MY MUM HAD NOT RECEIVED A PHONE. AFTER 8 YEARS WITH CELLC, OUT OF TOTAL FRUSTRATION, SHE DECIDED TO CANCEL HER CELLC CONTRACT. SHE CALLED FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES AND FOUR DIFFERENT CALL CENTRE AGENTS HAD CONFIMRED THAT THE AMOUNT OF JUST R100 WILL BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLING THE CONTRACT. MY MUM WENT AHEAD AND DECIDED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT ONLY TO BE CHARGED A WHOPPING R2, 697 FOR THIS. SHE RECEIVED NO PHONE AND GETS NO BENEFITS BUT IS EXPECTED TO PAY THIS HUGE AMOUNT. I NOW CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYODY AT CELLC. CELLC IS FILLED WITH INCOMPETENT UNTRAINED STAFF, WITH FRANCHISE STORES THAT DON'T WORK TO CELLC'S BENEFIT AND WITH A BUNCH OF IMBECILES ANSWERING THE CALL CENTRE.
