Cell C for urself really is true except there for themselves they dnt give a about us the customers! Two weeks ago I ported from vodacom to Cell C after I was reluctant. On porting to Cell C I have had zero coverage no network at all. Two weeks I been calling the support center they first told me to wait for 7 day so fine I did than on the 8th February I got call from them to do a bunch of thing turn carrier on than turn to vodacom than turn off an it will work! It didn't work! I been calling everyday getting a different person each time and getting a stupid response. Than on 5feb I got a manager to call me to do try to turn phone to Roaming on and he call me back in 10 minutes, I'm still waiting for this call. Today was the cherry on cake I called this morning asked to speak to the manager and gave her all my details the lady terry said the manager will call me back after a call, I didn't hear anything! I called back again and then girl kadigea called said the manager no about queries call me back still nothing I called again they in meeting and now the manager went home. I just want to go back to vodacom. Cell C sux they are rude unhelpful with bad attitudes all around!
