Cell C

Hi
I have an issue where Cell C is indirectly refusing to assist me.
An account is opened with them, under my ID number. I have called more than 3 times, I was given a reference number that does not seem to exist.
I was given department number that does not ring. I was asked to send an email to [Email Removed] word missing from email), which I did twice, but no reply two weeks later

All I want is:
Proof of where the account was opened.
The copy of ID of the person who opened the account
Footage of the store (where account was opened)
The account removed from my bureau report.

If Cell C is able to collect their money from the FNB account they were given by whoever opened the account, they can continue, all I want is this information out of my bureau report.
