Can somebody just inform me what is happening with my account as my phone is blocked and I want to correct that immediately. I have phoned the billing department so many times and every time somebody give me a ref no and nothing happens.

Please just tell me what must I do!!! Please contact me as promised as I want this case to be settled. Contact me and tel me why there was no debit order deducted from my account this month and why I got a surprise on my previous invoice. Please tell me how it would be possible to make use of my phone again.
