Afrizon call center agent on call recording

I was called by Maike from Afrizon telling me that she's calling on behalf of the company which operates with vodacom. She told me that I will be getting a free phone because of some points which I have accumulated etc. She then told me the terms and conditions not clearly mentioning the "hiden cost" at the time of the call as she wrapped it up when she was talking. She also mentioned a Homemark voucher that goes with the phone, 25 free smes and low call rates between certain times. Few days before the delivery date I called her to confirm if the phone was really free and she confirmed this. She even called my boyfriend since she couldn't get hold of me and told him that I will pay R80 once off fee because the phone is free. Few weeks later my account was debitted and they got my details from the existing contract I have with vodacom. My question is, why would I want a 2nd contract phone if i already have one? Now this has been goin on since last year September and I am unable to stop the contract. the only voice recording they have sent me is the 1st one and not the follow up or about my boyfriend. I have asked Lebo, Maike's supervisor and still no response while my money is gone
