I have a cellphone contract with MTN and have been billed for content charges and upon enquiry found out it is for a subscription charge from Mira Networks. I never consented to any subscription with this company. I have no interest in Mira Networks and should not be charged for services I did not sign up for. I went into an MTN store to get this issue straightened out but to no avail. Every time we unsubscribe me, some other charges gets on my billing. MTN tried to assist but MIRA networks is not responding to them with proof that i am or was subscribed to anything. This has been going on for a while now and is unacceptable. I DEMAND A REFUND FOR ALL CHARGES as this was unlawfully done, otherwise i will take legal steps.
