My contracted ended in January 2013 and I did my due diligence to cancel it last year. On the 1st of February I noticed that the line is still active. I immediately called the customer care centre to find out what is happening. They confirmed that the account has been terminated and that the line will be inactive before COB. Today the line is still active and I received a new invoice for month 25. What is Nashua not competent enough to stick to its promises and continues to bill me. This is unacceptable.
