I phoned the call centre on the 2nd. First spoke to Analisa. I have a contract that expired 20/12/2013 and wanted to ensure that it has been cancelled. I was told she cannot help me, I must contact someone else the next day. Asked her to take my details and get them to contact me the next day. Seems this request was way to big and could not be done? I then requested to speak to a supervisor. Spoke to Thabisa and complained about the lack of customer service. How difficult can it be to get someone to contact me? Long story short, she was going to get them to contact me the next day. The next day has come and gone. In fact, a week has come and gone and still no call? I also asked Thabisa to provide me with feedback around my complaint and why Analisa did not assist me. She was to phone me the next day with this feedback. Again, no feedback to date. I guess this team leader allows shoddy customer service as customer complaints are not taken seriously.
Please can someone contact me to resolve this matter asap.
