I have a huge problem with the network coverage of Cell C. For the the past 15 hours me and my husband dont have coverage, the network coverage dissappeared yesterday afternoon on my and my husbands phones while sitting in our living room inside of town where we always have coverage. When i phone the call centre they tell me that there is nothing wrong with their network and that i should get a new phone or new sim card. how is it possible that me and my husbands phones and sim cards can go faulty at exactly the same time. Next, the call centre tell me they will take 48 hours to resolve the problem.. now i am asking... do you think this is reasonable??? 3 days without network coverage??? we only use our cell phones, we dont have any form of communication, we need this sorted outed asap
