I have taken out a Tablet contract at Autopage Cellular in the bluff. The contract I had signed for was a Samsung
Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet @ R349 pm x 24. When I received my first bill in November the amount was R972.10.
When I had queried the bill in the bluff autopage store the consultant sent an email to their billing department to rectify the error. I was given a credit of R349 which I believe is the incorrect amount as a friend of mine had taken
The same deal a few days apart from me and his bill was far lower than mine and we both did not exceed our data.
The following months bill in December was R466, 16. I had queried the bill twice in december but nobody in the bluff store seems to know whats going on, I was billed for postage and two other items above the R349pm subscription but those amounts only adds another R40 to my bill but the total is R466, 16 which obviously meant
That autopage is billing me way more than R349pm on my monthly subscription fee.
I have tried to explain this to the store consultant and customer care at one stage but nobody understands and it seems that they are just avoiding their query.
I will never take another contract with autopage!!
