Appauling Vodacom Upgrade Service

I contacted Vodacom to upgrade my phone contract on the 24th Jan 2013, i spoke to Sylvia who advised me that the upgrade is successfull and will get my new phone latest Tuesday. I was given Order no: U453150 . Then on Tuesday afternoon when i did not get any response from Vodacom i decided to call them again to follow up and spoke to Innocentia who advised me that she has to contact the supplier as that order is on back order, and promised to call me back, BUT she never did. So today the 1st of Feb, i decided to follow up around 8:00 and spoke to Zenzo who then advised me that the phone has been discontinued. I then asked her how was i suppose to know without being advised. I then demanded to speak to her Manager and she advised that the Manager is in a meeting and i advised her that i waited too long for the phone and without any notification therefore i need a phone delivered today the 1st of Feb or nothing and still expect a call from her Manager, of which i'm still waiting. Should i not have called them again taking my time how would i have known they no longer have the phone. I've had the contract with them with no unpaid dr orders, SERVICE APPAULLING!!!
