On the 31st January 2013, i got a simcard from the MTN street vendors that sell airtime and simcards in Port Alfred. Firstly the starter pack was opened, the same day i recharged my new sim with airtime, i get an sms that i have transfered airtime to a number! I called the number and someone did answer the phone, i have the number and would like to know if this number belongs to the ladies that sell these products in Port Alfred - 071 750 0309. I have not added any numbers on the new sim so it highly unusual for me to have sent airtime to a friend/family.
I a very confused and highly disappointed with MTN as i am a contract customer with MTN.
