R6000 data Charge

Vodacom Charged me 6000 rand for out of bundle data usage, although my phone have never used the amount of data that they say have used in one month. Got an audit done on my account and can't make any sense. My phone is on wifi all day during the day, and only at night i use whatsapp and facebook a bit.
We do vodacom contracts where i work, and i will warn every person not to ever get vodacom contract cause the are 's! I have been a client for 14 years, and never in my life did i get a bill like this, clearly they should know its a mistake on their side. they can see my usage for the past few years!
They refuse to admit that its their fault, i had 5 other clients complaining about the same thing. What is going on.. is vodacom just gonna get away with this... or are we gonna fight this.
Vodacom i suggest you call me and make a plan about this. i am not gonna accept this.
I want my money back that you are gonna take from my account. or you will lose more money than R6000, we do 40 contracts a month... so make sure you call me to sort this out. i am not gonna stand for this. how many other people are being done in like this.
