On the 30 October 2013 I submitted a cancellation form for my contract which has expired. Up to today am still waiting for confirmation on my cancelation apparently the cancellation department does not take calls and no other person can help me with my cancellation. 8Ta, this is bad service & I dnt want this contract anymore.
