VODACOM LET'S ME PAY FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE

In August we couldn't get online with the tablet I took on contract, after about ten calls to vadacom they told me that the thing is active but not in our town, but in Jhb. Someone did a sim swap and was calling away on my account. They did not know what do do, so i phoned and got it blocked. So how does a sim swap happen without my permission. I got a bill of R 6595.00. Wich i had to pay, or all my lines will be cut off. So the lady told me that it was still active a week later and they were still going on my account just did another sim swap. The name i got from an employee at vodacom, and he was the one responsible for my account, sim swap ext. September i got another bill of 3500.00 an still i am not able to use it, but they are and i fool has to pay for it, so yes vodacom, that is the way to eat your consumer.
