When I received my credit report, it indicated outstanding information from Vodacom. In 2009, I took out a contract with Vodacom, and the phone got lost. I informed vodacom to cancel my contract. Last week when i received my credit report, it shows that the is no data provided by Vodacom. I called them and spoke to Gary who indicated that there are no records on their system. To my suprise, yesterday I called Vodacom again and spoke to Ashley who said i will get my paid up letter in 48 hours. The problem is I cannot afford to wait 48 hours. My vehicle finance application is pending the document. Why is that systems and records are updated cause now we customers suffer. I am inconvenienced and still have to wait... If your system was up to date, this situation would have been avoided.
I need the paid up letter to submit to credit bureau to update the records asap.
