WHO PAYS FOR MY TIME THAT CELL C WASTED?

I would like to know who do i send the bill to, for my loss of income due to time taken off from work, and the traffic find I got, which I would not have gotten if I did not have to go back to cell c to sort out the problem had they fixed it the first time.
A long story short. My modem refused to log onto the net.went to the cell c shop where i got the modem and SIM card.the chap behind the desk looked at the modem and said that the software needed to be upgraded (this was the third time it has been upgraded) i asked him to check how much data was left on the card and if there was any other problem.he looked and said no other problem.
Surprise, surprise modem still did not work.when back next day with my laptop, only to be told you have less that R 1 left on your card, that why it would not connect. What BS .it is a per pair data card, not used for call at all. Why was i not told this in the first place i would have purchased at time ..I was told every BS excuse under the sun.
I want to know who i going to pay my traffic fine which i would not have got if i did not have to go back to the branch, and for my time
I was thinking of moving to cell c but now forget it.
