Itemised billing not honoured

I didn't receive my august itemised billing as I am paying for this service. I enquired and was told I need to fax ID copy which I didn't understand why I must do that since I have been receiving my billing all along. This morning (25 sep), I received june and july itemised billing which I don't need. I only need august billing please. can I get my bill, its all most month end and I haven't even claimed my business calls due to this inconvenience.
