I sent my cell phone in for repairs on the 17/07/2013 (for the second time) The first time I sent my phone in for repairs was the 06/03/2013. I called in this month and was advised my cell phone was in the external repair centre and I should wait one week. When i called for an update i was advised that the repair centre is awaiting proof of warranty from the Bluff branch. I called Bluff they know nothing. When I ask to speak to a manager they log a complaint and no one calls. I ask to speak to Naven Omar and get told he is a manager and does not take calls.
The service i have received from Auto Page Cellular in Genera is horrific. Today I have tried so many times to speak to a manager and they keep putting me back to the call centre where I get no real feed back.
Is this the type of service I am paying for.
Why advertise free phone with contract if you are going to be sending it back so many times " for repairs " I originally took the contract out on the 29/06/2012 and have been having problem after problem.
