Congratulations for employee a bunch of people to monitor hello peter- so you are marked a company who responds!!! but that a fare as the complaint is taken by Cell C.I am still running my phone off Vodacom on Edge. I want very much to rid myself of Cell C and I think this is more than a fair request from my side!!! Cell C is currently engaging in criminal activity against the CPA (as attached above) taking its monthly debit for a service it is evidently not able to provide. It is aiming it's criminal activity at South Africa's average Joe who has no funding to pursue this by law and has no grounds to cancel their debit orders without the average Joe receiving the penalty and not the Multi National Giant Cell C.
