All I wanted was a proper working handset that operates according to the contract package specification! But all I was stuck with since 16th July 2013 for over 2 whole months was something that is not working!!! To this point I am not connected and cannot be contacted and this has had an impact in my life! Right now Autopage is quick to send me an invoice that I must pay when in actual fact I've been having issues with this contract from day 1! Right now I am not connected and don't have a phone yet prior to this renewal I have a perfectly working contract! After all this inconvenience how am I going to trust that I can rely on your service??? The faulty handset was picked up for repairs on the 29 August after 3 different sim cards were sent to me and the handset did not work still! How does sending me a new handset that is not going to work helping me? How do I pay my hard earned money billed here for such a poor service??? I even went to their Sandton City "twice" and Nicolway branches and still could not get any help!!! I need an answer to all this. I have been sending emails on a daily bases to Robert but 2 months later I still dont have a Cellphone!!!
