NASHUA IGNORES INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTICE

I renewed my contract in July 2012 with Nashua to a smaller package (MTN Anytime 200), with the assurance that I could upgrade free-of-charge should the package prove insufficient. As I was consistently going "out of bundle" and was being charged a higher call rate, I requested that I be upgraded to MTN Anytime 350 in October 2012.

On 23rd October 2012, I received an email from Juli-Anne Kerns, explaining that there would be a R70 migration fee which I was to authorise before the 24th October (the next day) in order for the upgrade to be loaded from 1 November. Since I was abroad at the time and only back in the country on the 2nd November I was happy to delay the upgrade to 1 December, but queried the R70 migration fee. This upgrade (without the migration fee) was confirmed on the 4th of November.

On 3 May 2013, I lodged a complaint that that same upgrade had never been loaded and requested a refund due to their failure to honour my request. I was given a R660 credit and the assurance that the AT350 would be activated on 1 June 2013. To date, 28 August 2013, this has stiIl not happened. I am still being billed the higher "out of bundle" rate and cannot wait to leave Nashua!!
