I ported to CellC months ago. Well done to Autopage for ensuring that went well.

Every evening between 19:00 and 21:00 I have no internet connecttion, It shows that I am connected but I cannot access email, internet, etc.

I called the call centre & was transferred to the technical dept. I was told to do a network selection & restart the phone as it is peak period and the network is over loaded, but that still doesn't solve the problem.

The shocking and disappointing issue is that CellC is very well aware that their current network does not adequately support their current customer base... but they're always on an advertising drive for more customers. Maybe improve your network BEFORE increasing your customer base???

If they're not going to provide me with proper network access, then they need to start refunding me for services that I am paying for and not getting!!
