Did a sim swop at Game Festive Mall 02/08/2013 and was advised that it would take 24 hours to be activated, i waited the entire day on Saturday and called the customer service department and was advised that a supervisor will call me and noting was done, my sim swop was not done as requested, i have had this contract with Cell C since 2010, and as per the Sim Swop department it will take 24 hours to be done, i have waited 4 days and no one has called me and i have to call the customer service department everyday to find out why its taking so long to process a sim swop and when i requested to speak to a supervisor today 05/08/2013 was advised that he has gone to the Sim Swop department to get this sorted out.

they are not meeting up to the term and conditions i signed up for and no feedback from any one from the Cell C customer service, no one give's you a correct answer at all and i am now being billed R50 for the sim swop after they Cell C has delayed the entire procedure.

i need to say that its not the agents from the Cell C compnay are at fault but the managers and supervisors that where supposed to come back to me and never did, ref i received from cell c - 3080 202 3
